I used to hate myself.
And I’m not kidding. (Not like that’s really a joking matter)
I would look at myself in the mirror and pick myself apart for the way I looked and for the person that I was.
At the time, I didn’t know who I was.
I was simply changing my personality depending on the people that I was with.
I did things that I thought they would want me to do. Say things I thought they wanted to hear.
Looking back, it was so obvious that I just wanted other people to accept me.
And I didn’t even ask myself if I accepted myself.
It took me a long time to realize this pattern.
So when I did, I sought out to find myself and self-love.
That’s why today’s YouTube video is so important to me.
